What is the Trade Union ?
The PPDIVUT Trade Union is a voluntary interest-oriented organization of members thanks to which members through their common action obtain and promote interests and protect their labour rights.
Our aims:

- Fight for justice and democracy
- Collective contracts for all members
- Reasonable wage levels
- Better work conditions
- Securing jobs
Whose is the Trade Union?
The PPDIVUT Trade Union is organization of you, members employed in agriculture, food and tobacco industries, water management, catering, tourism and commerce. Trade Union is a democratic organization with voluntary membership, where you can elect and be elected to all the bodies of this organization.
What are the Trade Union instruments to protect your rights?
The PPDIVUT Trade Union promotes your interests and rights within an enterprise, activity and in overall economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina using:

Why do workers found Trade Union?
An individual in relation to employee represents a weaker side. A worker joins trade union in order to associate with other workers and promote their status and engage in more efficient struggle for his rights and affirmation of his economic, social, educational and cultural interests based on principles of community and solidarity.
